NOTIFICATION FOR ISSUERS AND SECURITIES OWNERS

Registry of Securities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stock company Sarajevo (further: the Registry), informs all issuers and security holdes registered in the Registry's system, in accordance to the attitude of the Article 67. of the Book of rules on mediation in securities affairs („Official Gazette of the Federaton of BiH“, No 34/09, 1/10 and 31/10) starting issuance of the Statements of account at the Registry, and only at the securities holder's request.

Also, the Registry informs issuers and securities holders, beside the Statements of acount, starting on July 1st 2010, the Registry will issue and inform on all data quoted in securuties holder's request, and which refer to the following: security, rights from secutiriy and its legal holders, third parties rights on securities and its holders, restrictions and limitation of securities transfer and history of registration in the Registry, and with a note that this kind of notification could not contain accouunt number at the Registry and ID number,that means JMBG.

Registry issues the Statement of Account at the Registy or notification on data, only on securities holders request, and with fee according to the Decision on fees for services of the Registry („Official Gazette of the Federation of B&H“, No 8/10). N O T I F I C A T I O N

Pursuant to Anex to the Contract on registering, keeping and maintenance of securities data, dated April 29, 2010 between Registry of Securities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Commission of Securities of Brčko DC – Central Registry of Securities of Brčko DC, data on issuers, securities and securities holders of Brčko DC are united and will be kept in an unique database, and together with the data on issuers, securities and securities holders of the Federation of B&H.

This is to inform all holders of securities issued in Brčko DC that Registry of securities has changed account numbers and you could take all information on this at Central Registry of Brčko DC or at Registry of Securities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Also, on May 31, 2010 will start publishing of all data on securities issued in Brčko DC, as well as for the data on issued securities in the area of the Federation of B&H.
